Paul leads the Sysdoc team in Sydney, having spent over five years developing and delivering innovative solutions for our UK, Europe and Australasian-based clients.

Paul's particular expertise and passion lies in business process design and the development of Sysdoc's world-acclaimed knowledge bases.

Extensive experience in customer care and contact centre operations, telecommunications, public sector, banking and finance, combined with a creative flair and technical solutions aptitude, enables Paul to bring valuable skills and knowledge to any client engagement.
